• "User", "You", or "Your" refers to the non-profit business that qualifies and agrees to partner with us.

• "We", "Us", or "Our" refers to the provider of this service, Digital Discovery Group or Third Party Services

2. Eligibility:To qualify for our Service:

• The company must be a not-for-profit organisation or a community program.

• The company must be approved by us for partnership.

• We reserve the right to determine eligibility based on our sole discretion.

3. Cost:

• The Service is provided at no charge, except for any software or licensing costs, which shall be borne by the User.

4. Offer Period

• The Complementary Website Creation Service is available for a limited time only, starting from 17th August 2023 and ending on 30th September 2023. Any requests made after the closing date, may be considered at our discretion.

5. Scope of Service:

• The service includes basic website creation features such as [platform setup, 5 basic web pages, image optimisation, content formatting, 1 contact form ].

• Any additional features or customisations will be subject to additional charges.

6. Ownership and Rights:

• Once the website is created, the non-profit organisation will hold full ownership rights to the website's content. However, credit to us for website design and creation must remain on the website footer or another agreed-upon location.

7. Responsibilities:

• User Responsibilities: The User is responsible for any software and licensing costs. Any other responsibilities not expressly mentioned here are borne by the User.

• Our Responsibilities: We are responsible for content provision, design, setup, and creating the website as part of the Service.

8. Indemnification:

• You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from and against all losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of these terms and conditions or any activity related to your website (including negligent or wrongful conduct).

9. Limitation of Liability:

• In no event will we be liable for any direct, indirect, special, punitive, incidental, exemplary, or consequential damages, or any damages whatsoever, even if we has been previously advised of the possibility of such damages, whether in an action under contract, negligence, or any other theory, arising out of or in connection with the use, inability to use, or performance of the website.
